- A black-and-white image of the annual meeting of the Poor People's Corporation Producer Co-ops. Most of the individuals are sitting back away from the table, with papers in their hands. In the foreground, there are two men with their backs to the viewer, close to the table. There is an individual holding a Liberty House catalog (like Reference #1) open in their hands, but their body is cut off from the picture. There are large boxes and another folded table in the background against the wall (which has vertical wood paneling). There is also a smaller structure in the back left corner of the image, inside the room, with a bulletin board with various pieces of paper stuck to it.
