- Description
- A collage of handmade paper with silkscreened pigment paper pulp, pochoir, digital print, and appliqued fabric and glitter. Set against a background of wood paneling, the colorful collage depicts the figure of a woman lounging on a couch which is layered with different patterned textiles and pillows. Laying on her left side against a turquoise pillow, she props herself up with her left arm, her left elbow resting on the arm of the couch. Her right hand rests on her hip. She wears a floral-printed wrap garment which pools onto the blue and red patterned rug. She gazes directly at the viewer. Handwritten in the bottom left corner is [15/40]. It is signed [M. Thomas] and dated [2010] in the bottom right corner.
