- Description
- 2014.272.3.1 (Hat): A red turban hat made by Yvonne DeVigne. The hat is made of pleated velvet fabric wrapped over itself and fixed with a long vertical stitch at the back. There are three hat pins, two topped with black plastic balls and the third with a silver colored ball. The interior has not been examined as the hat cannot be removed from the stand.
- 2014.272.3.2 (Hat Stand): A rounded wooden hat stand supporting a red turban hat. The stand is made of two pieces and there are three holes in the bottom of the base. The largest is approximately 1 1/2" in diameter and the two smaller holes are 5/8" in diameter. The entirety of the hat stand has not been examined as the hat cannot be removed from the stand.
