Description
A black and white photograph of a group of small children listening to musicians. The children, three boys and one girl, are identified as Charles Matthews, Harry Abels, and Jackie and Beverly Butler, and stand in front of a partially visible man playing the saxophone at the Alpha Phi Alpha picnic. In the background are adult couples dancing with their arms around each other; in the top left corner is the disembodied head and arm of a man who appears to be instructing the children. There is an imprint of a palm tree in the bottom right corner of the border on the front of the photograph. The back of the photograph has an inscription, by hand, of the numbers: [1132], [1132.01], and a photographer's stamp.
