- Description
- A tintype portrait of three men identified as Paul Smith, Dave Scott, Arthur Blin, captured by photographer John Green. Two of the men are seated and one is standing in the back. The man on the right is seated in a chair with his left leg crossed over his right knee. He wears a suit and a light colored shirt and tie with a flat brimmed hat. The man standing behind him wears a dark three-piece suit with a pocket watch dangling from his waistcoat. His left-hand rests on the shoulder of the young man seated in front of him. The standing man has a moustache and a light colored hat. On his other side is a third man in a dark colored suit wearing glasses and a bowler hat. He rests his right hand on his hip and left arm on his left thigh. All three men gaze at the camera. The tintype is attached to a faded pink paper card. The image window has a rounded top and is bordered by two narrow red lines. The outer edge of the card is bordered by a repeating stamped pattern in red. An attached grey paper flap folds over the pink card. There are three names handwritten on the back of the grey flap as well as the stamp from the photographer.
