- A black-and-white photograph of Annie Zuraschka photographed at the Ball & Sons studio in Seattle, Washington. The photo is mounted on dark-colored pasteboard stamped with the Ball & Sons logo and store location on the bottom of the front side. The photo is oval in shape and Zuraschka is photographed from the waist up. She is wearing a dark dress with a white collar and lace decoration. Her hair is dark and is pulled on top of her head. There is an inscription in pencil on the back.
