- Description
- A black-and-white photograph of an unidentified infant photographed at the J. P. Ball & Son studio in Helena, Montana. The photograph is mounted on light-colored pasteboard with the name and location of the photo studio printed on the front along the bottom. The portrait shows a baby in a Christening gown seated in a cloth-covered piece of furniture. There is an inscription in blue ink on the back of the card as well as a printed reproduction of John Vanderlyn's "Landing of Columbus".
