Description
A Keystone View Company lantern slide titled “188 (13641) Cowboys, Bronco Corral and Camps, Montana.” The slide depicts of a man on a horse in a brush filled field in front of a corral of horses. The man in the left foreground is seated on a white horse. The horse is depicted in three-quarters profile with its face turned towards the viewer. The rider in its saddle has his head turned towards right edge of the late. He has a pipe in his mouth and rests his hand on the pommel’s horn. He is wearing dark trousers, a white long sleeve shirt, a medium-toned tie, a black vest, and a brimmed hat. Behind him is a corral crowded with horses. In the background on the right is a cart filled with white sacks and three men standing outside of the corral with coils of rope in their hands and at their waist. Printed in black text down the left edge of the mount reads [KEYSTONE VIEW COMPANY / FACTORIES, MEADVILLE, PA. / COPYRIGHTED] and [188 (13641) Cowboys, Bronco Corral and / Camps, Montana.] down the right edge. The plate is in a tan and black cardboard mount, inside a black metal frame. The right side of the frame is missing.
