Description
This gelatin silver print depicts a black and white image of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s funeral procession. King's casket is on a horse drawn carriage just left of center of the photograph. A sign reading [HOLLAND'S / CLEANERS / ALTERATIONS / CocaCola] is on the front of a building next to Ebenezer Baptist Church. A large crowd of people fill the street. Three people are carrying the American flag and two others in the center of the crowd. On the back of the photograph the number and name [1589298 / MARTIN LUTHER KING FUNERAL] are written at the top.
