Description
A black and white photograph depicting band leader Edwin Harrell Hampton. He is dressed in a black tie and white uniform suit with decorative braid trimming and epaulettes. The jacket has gold braid around the cuffs and a stripe down the side of the pant leg. He wears a white peaked cap and carries a white director's baton. He gazes past the viewer. Behind him are two young men, wearing uniforms of dark trousers, light colored jackets and dark peaked cap and holding flags, one of which is an American flag. They have flag carriers over their slung around their necks. There is a large brick building in the background.
