- Black & white photograph of a basketball game. This image depicts three students; two in white jerseys and one in a dark colored uniform. One student, wearing a white uniform, dribbles the ball as he runs up the court. He is guarded by a student in a dark uniform with the word "Marlins." In the background is a crowd of people seated on bleachers. On the wall above them is a large banner with the words "PURPLE POWER WILL PREVAIL." On the verso are two stamps, one reads "R.A. RALPH, Photographer/ 1470 N. Claiborne Ave./ New Orleans, LA. 70116." The other stamp is a series of numbers and letters followed by blanks that are filled in by handwriting "12943/ PG_ [141] ___/ POS_ [1] ___/ ID_ [R. Irving] __." There is also a string of letters and numbers "1A58G5D."
