Armstrong is pictured standing center of frame, in front of a microphone with [CBS] at top and along the side. He holds a trumpet in his left hand, and holds his right in a fist, thumb extended, in front of his chest. He appears to be singing. Unidentified men are visible behind him, and a young woman sits in front of the microphone, in the right foreground of the image. The photograph has been removed from its mat and frame (b).
