Description
A fifteen page program for the October 17, 1967 boxing match between Tony Doyle and Joe Frazier at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The cover features an illustration of an African American boxer punching a white boxer. A black and white photograph of Frazier and Doyle also appears on program cover in the lower right corner. Black type on cover's front reads: [FRAZIER VS. DOYLE / Tuesday, October 17, 1967 / Spectrum 25¢]. The Interior features several articles including: one on the Spectrum (Hal Freeman Spectrum President, Home of Big-Time Boxing); one on Doyle; and one on Frazier.
