- Description
- A black and white photograph of a bridge party. Forty-nine women, including Grace Delorme, Mayme Holmes, Louise Holmes Elder, and one small boy, Gilbert E. DeLorme Jr., standing behind and seated on folding chairs around folding bridge tables. Gilbert E. Delorme Jr. sits at the center of the photograph in back of the crowd, his mother, Grace Delorme, stands directly to his left and wears a dark dress. His grandmother, Mayme Holmes sits directly in front and slightly to the right of Gilbert E. Delorme Jr. Mayme Holmes wears a light colored hat and a necklace. Embossed stamp on the bottom right corner of the front identifies the photographer. A handwritten note in blue ink on the back identifies the subjects and date.
