DMC is sitting in the center. He is wearing a black shirt, a black jacket with a fur hood, a black hat, dark tinted glasses, and a watch on his proper left wrist. His left arm is resting on the table and his right hand is holding on to his left arm. He has a goatee. He is yawning and his eyes are closed. JMJ is on the proper left side. He is wearing a yellow sweatshirt and yellow corduroy overalls. He is also wearing a black headband and has a watch on his proper left wrist. He has a goatee. He is leaning forward in a yellow chair and his hands are folded together on the table.
- Robin Quivers is standing behind Run and DMC on the proper right side. She is wearing a button down shirt, earrings, several necklaces, and a ribbon in her hair. Howard Stern is standing between DMC and JMJ on the proper left side. He is wearing a blue shirt and a black leather jacket. He has long curly hair.
- There is a white border around the image. It is thinnest on the bottom, thinner on the top and proper right side, and thickest on the proper left side. It is signed vertically up the proper left side of the image in black ink. The back of the photograph has light grey text repeated diagonal lines facing the right side of the paper.
