- A color photograph of Soul 4 Real, Heavy D, Andre Harrell, and Dick Clark on the set of American Bandstand.
- The image depicts Clark standing in the center of the image, behind the host's podium with the brown and yellow "AB" logo. He is wearing a beige suit and a gold tie. The performers are arranged surrounding Clark on the tiered podium. At top left is Heavy D, wearing a light grey jacket over a dark olive turtleneck. At top right is Andre Harrell, in a checked suit over a black turtleneck. The Dalyrimple brothers of Soul For Real, Jase, Choc, Bri, and Dre are standing two on either side. The brothers on the left wear fringed leather vests and the brothers on the right wear dark jacket.
