- Heavy D is pictured crouching down in the center of the image, surrounded by "The Boyz" behind him. He is wearing a puffy jacket, jeans, white sneakers, a brimmed hat, sunglasses, a necklace, and several rings and a watch. He has a goatee. His proper left hand is resting on his left thigh. "The Boyz" wear long puffy coats, black pants, and sneakers. The man on the proper right side is leaning forward and resting on Heavy D's shoulders.
