- A black and white photograph of Ice-T on stage during a performance with his thrash metal band Body Count.
- Ice-T is pictured in teh center of the image, facing the proper left side; his eyes are closed and he is holding a microphone to his mouth with his proper left hand, the cord held chest-level by his other hand. He is wearing a white t-shirt that has been ripped in the middle to expose his chest and black pants. He has loose, shoulder length hair. His eyes are closed and he is holding a microphone in his proper left hand and the chord in his proper right hand. There is a man standing behind him. Faces of audience members are visible in the bottom proper left corner of the image and a round spotlight is visible at the top center.
- On the back of the print is a handwritten inscription by Bill Adler identifying the subject and photographer.
