A black and white photograph of Spinderella captured at the shoot for Salt 'n' Pepa's "Start Me Up" video.
Spinderella is captured standing in front of a wood paneled wall. She faces the left side, but is looking at the camera and smiling brightly. She wears a light colored denim shirt that is unbuttoned to reveal a black bra and her pregnant belly. She is pointing to the belly with both hands. On the verso is an inscription by Bill Adler that reads [Spinderella by Al Pereira, 7/8/92 @ video shoot for Salt 'n' Pepa's "Start Me Up," Brookly Navy Yard].
