- A black and white photograph of The Jaz, Queen Latifah, and Jay-Z posing at Big Daddy Kane's birthday party.
- The trio stand together, with Jaz and Jay-Z on either side of Queen Latifah, their arms around her shoulders. The Jaz is on the left, wearning a striped Lacoste shirt and backwards baseball cap. Queen Latifah wears a dark sweater over a light polo shirt, two beaded necklaces, and hoop earrings. Jay-Z, on the right, wears a white t-shirt with thin stripes, a white backwards baseball cap, and a large chain necklace. In the background is what appears to be a large tent covering. On the back are two handwritten inscriptions by Bill Adler: along the left side is [Jaz-O, Latifah, + Jay-Z by Al Pereira] and along the right is [@ Big Daddy Kane's b-day party, Sept. 1989].
