- A black and white photograph of The Real Roxanne.
- She is standing with her her left hip out to the side and her head tilted down towards the proper left side. Her eyes are closed and her arms are bent, raised, and playing with her curly hair. She has a beauty mark on her proper right cheek. She is wearing a black fringed tube-top and black high-waisted bottoms. Her belt has a crescent moon buckle as well as an oval buckle. There is a pin of a face on the pants. She is wearing multiple necklaces, including one with a crucifix that extends past the bottom of her shirt. The background is grey.
