- He is wearing a grey and blue Duke Blue Devils shirt and a necklace. He has large headphones on and there is a silver microphone near his face. He eyes are closed and his mouth is wide open, mid-song. There is a light shining behind him.
- There is a white border around the image. It is thinner on the two sides and thicker on the bottom. There is a partial thin black border around the image. It is on the bottom and on the proper right side. There is a small, yellowing tear at the top from where a piece of tape used to be. The back of the photograph has light grey text repeated upside down in diagonal lines. There are tears at the top from where tape used to be and there is a piece of tape on either side near the top. There is an inscription by Bill Adler at the bottom, handwritten in blue ink.
