- A black and white photograph of The Sequence: (left to right) Cheryl the Pearl, Blondie and Angie B.
- The three women are pictured standing together against a white background. All three wear matching sequined body suits with fur trimmed jackets. Blondie's outfit is lighter color than the others. She stands in the middle with her hands on her hips, knees bent slightly. Cheryl and Angie stand to either side and slightly behind her, each encircling Blondie with one hand at each of her wrists. On the verso, a handwritten inscription by Bill Adler identifies the subject and date.
