- Description
- A black-and-white linocut, African Headdress, by Hale Woodruff, printed at Bob Blackburn’s Printmaking Shop in New York City, 1996. The print depicts a nude female figure from the chest up. She wears a tiered headdress and is surrounded by lush tropical foliage. In the bottom margins is the edition, [78/100] at left and [© Hale Woodruff] at right. There are no markings on the reverse of the sheet.
