- Description
- A pair of black fulled wool dress pants worn by Jesse E. Wrice Jr. as lieutenant colonel. The pants have straight cut ankle-length legs and close at the center front waist with a zipper, one (1) metal hook-and-eye, and one (1) black plastic button. A length of gold metallic woven tape with a textured pattern and a thin red stripe in the center is sewn along the outer side of each pant leg from below the waist band to the hem. There are two (2) exterior inset pockets, one at each front side just below the waist band. The pockets and the interior waist band are lined in black fabric, the rest of the pants are not lined. There is one interior manufacturer's label sewn to interior proper right back waist band with text reading in red embroidery "GARMENT MFGO. OF / U.S.M.C APPROVED / MATERIALS FOR STYLE / DESIGN AND QUALITY / TO LIKE ITEM APPROVED / BY U.S.M.C SERIAL 661" and a gold embroidered USMC insignia at the proper left side of the label.
