- Description
- A red satin cummerbund worn as part of a US Marine Corps mess uniform by Jesse E. Wrice Jr. as lieutenant colonel. The cummerbund is made from red satin synthetic fabric. The cummerbund fastens around the waist in the back with a length of wide black elastic tape sewn at each side that hook together with one metal hook-and-eye. The lengths of elastic tape are adjustable, with one (1) metal belt loop attached to each length. The cummerbund is lined in the red satin.
