Description
A color photograph of Fern St. in Camden, New Jersey, 1994. The photograph shows the block where there are buildings along the street. There are empty lots where buildings once stood. There are cars parked on both sides of the street and several other cars are parked in the empty lots. An unidentified man walks on the street towards the camera. An unidentified woman and child are on the porch and stairs of a building in the right of the photograph. Other unidentified people sit on the porch. At the end of the street, there is a large high-rise in the background. The back of the photograph has a caption and copyright information.
