Description
A color photograph of Fern St. in Camden, New Jersey, 1997. The photograph shows the block where there are buildings along the street. There are empty lots where buildings once stood. Some of the empty lots have cars parked in them, while others have grass growing in them. There are cars parked on both sides of the street. An unidentified woman is standing in the street with four unidentified children. One of the young boys rides a bike away from the camera. At the end of the street, there is a large high-rise in the background. The back of the photograph has a caption and copyright information.
