- Description
- This stereoscope has a wooden view box, holder, slide, and handle. Square glass plates are placed into the viewer. The view box is decorated with bird's eye maple veneer around the outside. Metal prongs are attached to each end of the holder for securing the stereograph. The holder is notched at the center bottom to adjust the distance from the viewer down the slide, with a metal bracket nailed to the bottom of the holder across the slide. The turned wooden handle is attached to the bottom of the viewer with a metal rotating bracket.
