- Description
- This stereograph card depicts a family in front of a log house. In front of the house stands a man behind a mule-pulled plow. Two small children sit on the mule. A third child stands slightly behind the mule holding a farm implement. In front of the mule is a fourth child holding a cat. On the other side of the mule, standing closer to the house is a woman in a long dress. The stereograph card consists of two similar images side by side, with the images in the center of the card. At either end of the card is vertical text. On the left side margin is text that reads "Keystone View Company/ Copyrighted, Underwood & Underwood, Inc. / Manufacturers Made in U.S.A. Publishers." On the right side margin is text that reads "Meadville, Pa., New York, N.Y., / Chicago, Ill., London, England." Along the bottom right hand margin is text that reads "V26123 A Humble but Happy Home down South in/ Dixie Land." There is text on the back.
