- Page 25 of a photograph album (2015.272) owned by Lewis Curtis Smith. The black colored page has one black and white gelatin silver print photograph attached to it (2015.272.25a). The photograph depicts Charles I. Williams, Lewis Curtis Smith, Ulysses S. Taylor Jr. and Leonard M. Jackson standing in front of an airplane. Each pilot is wearing a jumpsuit, googles and an aviator’s helmet. Each of the pilots are identified with a handwritten ink inscription above them. The inscriptions say “Williams,” “Smith,” “Taylor,” and “Jackson.” Also above the pilot identified as Jackson is a blue cross.
