This white dress shirt is similar in appearance to one worn by dancer Thomas "Tom Tom" Evans on the television show "Soul Train."
The shirt is a white tuxedo style dress shirt with a pleated front chest. The shirt closes down the center front with six (6) clear plastic round buttons. Above the second and third buttons are small black plastic decorative removable buttons, which are the only buttons displayed if the shirt is worn under a formal jacket. The shirt has a banded, wing-tip collar. The full-length sleeves have slit cuffs that close with a single clear plastic button.
