- In this photograph, four blacksmiths working in a blacksmith designated tent. One blacksmith is standing outside of the tent in the center of the photograph. He is wearing pants, a collared shirt and apron. The sleeves of this shirt are rolled up exposing his forearms. Another blacksmith is standing behind him but his body is partially obscured. Two blacksmiths are working in the tent: one is operating a saw and is looking up at the camera. The other is standing in the background. On the right side of the photograph, a horse is standing just outside of the tent. The Signal Corps USA logo is in the bottom left corner. The number [25939] is written next to the logo. The words [Blacksmith Shop, 366 Inf, Sergieux, Hte. Marne, France, Aug 11, 1918.] are written inside the white border at the bottom.
