The single sheet, one-sided flier is white with black printed text and features a photograph of Louis Armstrong. This is followed by [November 8, 1974 at 8:00 P.M. Carnegie Hall November 15, 1974 at 8:00 P.M.]. Below is a list of the performers for each concert and ticket information. The back of the flyer is blank except for text written at the bottom that reads [NOV 15, 1974].
