- Description
- A sepia toned photograph from the Down Beat Swing Room in Philadelphia in a souvenir sleeve.
- The sleeve is made from a teal textured vinyl, The front cover is printed with black text which reads [A NEW NOTE / Down / Beat / Swing / Room / 23 S. 11th St. / Philadelphia / second floor] and an illustration of a man playing a saxophone and a music note. Inside the sleeve, a photograph is inserted into a rectangular frame and stapled into place. The photograph depicts a couple, a man and a woman, seated on a banquette at a table. The man has his proper left arm around the woman's shoulders. The woman also has a coat draped over her shoulders. On the table in front of them are two highball glasses, two shot glasses, an ashtray, and a pack of cigarettes with a matchbook on top. The back of the sleeve is blank.
