- A black and white photograph of Fats Navarro and a friend.
- Fats Navarro is on the proper left side. He has a mustache and is wearing a coat open over a lighter colored suit jacket, a white button down shirt, and a tie. He is holding a trumpet in a soft case in his proper left arm. He is looking at his friend to the proper right side. The unidentified man has his eyes closed and has a mustache and soul patch. He is wearing a dark coat over a plaid button down shirt. They are standing in front of a brick building. Only an "S" can be seen on the sign overhead.
