- Description
- This black and white photograph depicts Jimbo Edwards shaking hands with another man. Wearing a dark suit and tie over a white shirt, he also wears a dark beret as he turns from the handshake towards the viewer. Standing across from him are two men in dark suits, one of whom reaches out in front of him to shake Jimbo Edwards' hand. Next to them is a woman in a long white cape. Behind Jimbo Edwards is a man in a dark checked suit. A sign hanging in the background reads "Special BOP CITY/ open this Sun. Nite or/ Mon. Morning 2 am./ [..]ount Basie is / Coming to Town." On the back of the photograph is a green sticker with handwritten text that reads "#17."
