Description
This black and white photograph depicts uniformed police standing and marching in lines. Standing on an urban street are policemen in various uniforms. In the foreground are four men in shirts and pants of dark blue, with white helmets. Beyond them are additional police lined up in ranks three deep. They wear light colored helmets and shirts, and dark pants. Another line of policemen can be seen filing in to the ranks from the right margin. In the background are buildings and high rises. On the back of the photograph is a green sticker with handwritten text that reads "#25."
