- A promotional proof booklet for the upcoming publication "The Sweet Breath of Life: A Poetic Narrative of the African-American Family," a collaborative work by Ntozake Shange and Kamoinge photographers.
- The cover features a nearly full-page photograph of an older man wearing a hat and a white jacket, holding a bouquet of flowers in his proper left hand.
