Description
A US Army green service uniform necktie worn by Colin L. Powell as General and as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The black necktie is made of a synthetic fabric and is shaped with a pointed blade and tail. The facing fabric is folded over to the reverse and seamed down the center back of the tie as a self-lining.
