Dark blue elasticized short sleeve shirt on which yellow lettering has been sewn reading [WAYNE / 14]. Bands of gold and blue run down both shoulders from neck to end of sleeves. Gold and blue trim around sleeve openings. On reverse, gold [14] sewn on upper back. The overall condition of the shirt is poor, as the material is misshaped and much of the elastic has deteriorated.
