A black and white image of four March on Washington leaders marching together in front of a crowd of marchers, with signs held aloft behind them.
From left to right are: Joseph Rauh, Whitney Moore Young Jr., Roy Wilkins, and A. Philip Randolph. The four mean are wearing dark suits and white shirts. Rauh wears a bowtie and the others have neck ties and March on Washington buttons on their lapels. The men stand together in a row. Young is wiping his forehead with a white cloth. Wilkins is looking down at his two hands out in front of him, palms up. A. Philip Randolph is also looking at Wilkins' hands. There is a crowd behind them holding signs. Some of the signs read [WE / DEMAND / DECENT / HOUSING / NOW!], [WE / DEMAND / AN FEPC / LAW / NOW!], and [I/U/E/ / AFL - CIO / FOR / FULL / CITIZENSHIP / NOW].
