Description
Black velvet and net headpiece attributed to Mae Reeves. The body is made from heavy wire wrapped in black velvet that has been bent into a circular shape with a fretwork design. It is covered by black dotted netting. A black velvet bow is sewn at one side and another at the center top of the net.
