- Description
- Gold-colored metal compact case with floral design on the front (a) and pad (b) from Mae's Millinery Shop. One of the case's corners is more rounded than the others. The case hinges open and there is a mirror on the interior lid. The bottom part has an indented shelf that has incised lines around the name of the manufacturer at center engraved onto it. This shelf hinges open on the left to reveal the lower half of the interior, which is lined with felt around the sides and has incised lines engraved on the bottom. A cloth pad (b) sits in the upper shelf. The name of the manufacturer is printed in black ink on the top of the pad.
