Description

At center is a person wearing a hoodie with arms raised in the "hands up, don't shoot" position. In front of them, facing towards the photographer, is Pastor Westley West, wearing a black shirt, black jacket and jeans, also walking with his arms raised. Ahead of the group are city buildings and a clock tower.
