- Description
- A black-and-white photograph taken by Laura Fitzpatrick of Rebecca Lowe and two friends in jackets and skirts. The woman in the middle wears a hat and carries a fur overcoat on her right arm. Lowe, on the right, carries an overcoat on her left shoulder. The women at left and center have their hands at their heads as if guarding against a strong wind. The edges of the photograph are decoratively serrated. The producer of the paper, VELOX, appears on the back. Also on verso at extreme center right, the number 52 stamped in blue ink. Index card accompanying photograph in album reads [1944 / Rebecca Lowe (far right / With 2 friends / Harlem River Drive].
