Description
A color digital image of a photograph by Anthony Barboza of Arthur Mitchell and three (3) unidentified women at the Dance Theatre of Harlem in 1983. Mitchell stands at the left side of the frame wearing a tan colored jacket with jeans and holding paper in his right hand. He looks toward a woman who sits in a chair at the far-right side of the frame wearing a light blue shirt. Between them in the background are an unidentified woman in street clothes and an unidentified female dancer in a black leotard and tights. Other dancers can be seen sitting on the floor around the studio in the reflection of the mirror behind the seated group.
