Description
A black and white photograph of a man silhouetted against the exterior of a building. The man is depicted in profile, looking to right of frame. He is wearing a fedora and holding a cigarette in his right hand, with a rectangular, slatted window or vent in the wall above and to the left of the man. The print is mostly dark, with the wall behind the man appearing in textured tones of dark grey, and the man's profile in even darker shadows. The bright white of the man's cigarette and collar stand out against the darkness. On the back of the print is an inscription with technical details and the photographer's stamp.
