- Description
- A solid style, ground molded brick from an unknown architectural structure. The brick is rectangular in shape and is bright terracotta red with some wear and losses on the exposed surfaces and edges. On one of the brick’s faces is covered in a very thick layer of white mortar with only one corner partially exposed. The mortar has shell fragments visible in the matrix. The other face is also almost entirely covered with white mortar; however, all four corners and one stretcher side is partially exposed. The mortar on this face has two patches of dark gray discoloration at one corner and at the center of the face. The surfaces of the stretchers and headers have small patches of darker reddish-brown discolorations on the surfaces.
