The grayish brown face has a series of cracks extending from one stretcher edge, and a header edge, extending towards the center of the face, as well as losses at all four corners. There are also some tan and white patches of mortar residue on the face’s surface near the center, a stretcher edge, and one header edge. The other face is reddish brown in color with patches grayish brown and black discolorations. The face also has a diagonal crack that runs from one stretcher edge to the other, losses along the header edge, and a large air bubble at the center.
